Also, she might not be empting her bladder all the way. I think silk was so happy to be up and running around at 6am that she would not finish peeing before she wanted to run back into the house. That is why we go back out an hour after she gets up to make sure she empties her bladder. Another thing that help is for her to learn to potty on command. when we go outside and I say "go potty" my two know exactly what I want them to do. So even if they really don't have to go they go so I know they won't come back into the house and pee. It is helpful when a rain storm is coming too!
