Is this normal or should I be concerned! Harlem has just recently started to eat and lick his front paws when he decides he wants to calm down and lay on the floor. You get it, he's very hyper and never stays still! Anyway, I can here him chewing his nails. Now when he jumps up on me, he scratches me with those half bitten nails. What's going on, is this normal?
