It takes a while!!! I think by about 4.5 months, Mia was able to have a sufficient topnot.
Since Mia's eyes tend to water a lot while playing outside, BF's mom seems to think the hair should hang down to protect her eyes. She asks me over and over "don't you think that hair should cover her eyes?" She said "why don't you let me cut it" I DON'T THINK SOOOOO!
I'm leaving Mia with her for 8 days while we are on vacation.... if she cuts her hair I'm going to be livid!
