It is most likely not a reaction to Otomax.
It is a reaction to qtips.
Lol...not exactly but I wouldn't be surprised.
Cleaning them twice a day as instructed may have caused a sore (which the vet saw). So, no cleaning for 4 or 5 days and continue with the Otomax. If the sore doesn't go away within a week or two, she will need to be rechecked.
