Yes, if you want the ears to stay up, apply the tape. We did that to Yoda when he was young for maybe a month or two because he had the same problem. Also be sure to shave off all excess hairs on his ears. But since then, his ears have stayed up just fine. I believe they can hear better if their ears are up and that is standard Yorkie pedigree to have ears sticking up. However, if you don't like that for your Yorkie, than floppy ears is fine. |
