She's too darn cute, and people just can't say no to that little face. Maybe you could make some ground rules when the first enter the house. Some yorkies are more sensitive than others, but pancreatitis is no laughing matter. I think if I wanted someone to change their behavior toward my dog, I would let them know that this is very important to me. I would tell them perhaps you might feel that I'm being over-protective, but I feel like I am being "protective." These are my rules, and if you don't think you can follow them, you are not welcome in my house. I'm sorry to be so stern about this, but it very important to me. Then if they didn't follow the rules, I would confront them. |
