I have to agree with V on this one. She may be 13 lbs., but that's still just a "snack" to a lot of predators including people who just want to be mean or maybe get upset because...a neighbor complains about their yard?
I've also seem reports in our area of teenagers taking "practice" hunting shots at dogs and cats, etc...
I could go on and on. I would not let her outside without supervision.
I am so glad she's okay, and that would terrify me too!
