Maybe if you talk to him, but if his yard is fenced unless you have CCR'S in your area there is really nothing you can do.
I would look for a pet friendly bug & tick spray and spray the yard to keep his critters away from your yard.

My grandpa removed the snake from the yard thank goodness and he said it was solid black and the head was still there so thats good. The neighbor is just lazy because he will go out and work on his trucks and stuff but never does the yard and his backyard is not fenced. I am much calmer now thank goodness.
