Hey Megan...just curious. Did you go see your Doctor and have an exam, or did they just phone in a prescription? The reason I am wondering is....Usually a "bacterial" throat infection will be be gone within 24 to 48 hrs after starting antibiotics. If its a "viral" infection, antibiotics won't do anything. You being a young teenager on the go.....did you get checked for mono?? With mono you usually have a sore throat along with extreme fatigue.
