My Lil Bit did the same thing....at the first vet visit (day after getting her) the vet noticed the runny nose/sneezy thing but did not think it was anything to worry about......one week later Lil Bit had runny eyes and runny nose and the dried stuff on her face was sooo stinky!!!!! Took her back to vet....gave amoxicil (pink liquid) 2 x day until gone....also got some eye ointment 2 x day for 10 days....the runny eye/stinkiness has improved totally....but I still occ notice the wet/runny nose when I pick her up and hold her to my face.......Maybe just her little puppy thing....I don't think she is sick...
But do contact vet if ANY respiratory symptoms develop ...persistant coughing.....runny eyes....poor appetite.....
