One thing I suggested on my evaluation was that at least one more day added to the agenda is a MUST!!! I was also thinking that the group could hire a dog sitter in a central room of the host hotel (for example, Lisa, Des, Cyndi and I rented a "suite" and it would have been perfect for this) for the better part of a day and we could have a tour of the city for those attending. This was anyone interested would get a chance to see the sights, it would still be as a group so we can continue to get to know each other (as opposed to everyone going their own way ie; Disney) but we wouldn't have to worry about the tour being dog friendly - particularly if there are stops along the way - and no one would need to worry about leaving the furbutts unattended in their hotel room.

Of course, I would also love to visit a city I haven't been to also...........
I love San Diego also!! Perfect weather, any time of year and lots to see and do!! Balboa Park is gorgeous and we could have our park meetup there. The Gas lamp area has tons of great restaurants and hip spots. And the airport is close to the city. That's my vote.
