I talked to the vet's office. The other vet is now going on vacation....
They are usually open on Saturdays but not this Saturday as he is leaving also.
He said all he would do is prescribe her amforal and give her nutrical. Other than that he would refer me to the emergency animal clinic in Visalia? This amazes me.
I have both amforal and nutrical but I am going to wait on the pumpkin to work again. I got her to eat some chicken by melting a bit of cheese over it. I know, I know....cheese isn't ideal for this situation, but I am hoping that the pumpkin will offset that. At least she ate something.
If she hasn't gone by this evening, I guess I will try some of the suggestions here. I don't want to go so drastic if I can get her to go on her own. Now that she has eaten, that may be a possibility. ??
