Do you have mineral oil? At this point, I would give 1ml and wait an hour. Then, I'd probably give another 1/2ml and wait 30 mins - then another 1/2ml until I gave up to 5ml. I'd try again in 6-8 hours. If nothing happens, I think surgery would be imminent.
Btw, the poos could be very messy after mineral oil. Just fyi. Maybe ask vet first?
