Yes, I can understand that (for regular customers)

However, I still dont agree when it comes to a new customer. The first impression is very important...and if Im a new client who wants to ensure my dog is being handled and cut to my liking... I feel that a good groomer should be more than willing to accomodate me... Regardless if it might take them a little longer than normal... they'll be gaining a good relationship w/ a new client, which is important
