as for my friend with the shih tzu's that i posted a long time ago that bella bear brought up. She took the babies to the vet and everything. I convinced her if she really wanted to be a good responsible breeder this is what you had to do blah blah.. i gave her all those websites that people had suggested.. and the babies are all healthy..
