I actually wanted a bigger yorkie when I was looking. Her mom is about 8 lbs and her dad about 7 lbs. (Both of her parents too were the sweetest yorkies I ever met! Both mom and dad were on my lap licking my face and wagging their tails when the breeder let me see them!

I remember I was reading someones blog about their yorkie. She was going on about the dog not going to be much bigger than a can of dog food or something. In the comments section someone posted a hamster comment LOL Heres the link:
