Make sure you find out the pay and hours working the desk at a vets - in some offices the pay is
very low - I know cause I looked into it.
These days we have to maximize our pay because the cost of living just SUCKS - every freaking thing is skyrocketing - I just heard our Electricity is jumping too - which on top of gas - food and utilities - MAN it's HARD to make ends meet if you don't make really good money. I hardly eat because I just don't make enough to have anything left over to save...
you need to see if it's worth it to work vs GETTING to work...and I hope you land something you can be happy with.
GOOD luck - I'm sorry they did this - that just isn't right. I'd be pissed too.
