You can buy grits at the grocery story where they sell the oatmeal and malto meal. They come in a small box. I love grits. I never would of thought of feeding them to the ants. They do swell when you cook them so I can see how that might work. BTW, I like my grits with butter and grated cheese. Grits are made from ground corn.
