June, 23 08 I called HS again today...First to repeat my message above just to make sure they knew that I wasn't giving up @ 10:22 A.M....2nd Call at 10:38 A.M. after the 1st call/message was to leave another message that I thought that Shy was having her kittens NOW behind the bushes as the lady that owned her and Tye was with a friend looking behind the bushes...I told them that those kittens was DOOMED to die as she will put them in her shed or garage in the heat. Still nothing from them, I've give her address, my phone number and still no response it's 10:19 P.M here and they are still there at her house...I'm calling who I said I was tomorrow and maybe a few others (Haven't read through the post all here to see if there is any other new places I can contact)

I haven't seen Shy outside at all....Not even this morning...I'm almost sure she had her kittens. I called Rick and Lisa right off after I called the HS and they said as they was leaving they noticed them all looking over the bushes also, they said when they came back the owner was gone and they went and looked behind the bushes and Tye wasn't there so I'd say she took them inside until they are either older or till night time to move them when no one can see her do it. Tye hadn't come out of his dog house all day...I did see her give him water and rehook his self watering thing back up...So now he's going to have HOT water all day long....And when they came home tonight around 9 P.M. Tye didn't even come out of his dog house...I told my Hubby something is wrong with Tye for he didn't come out until after a few minutes after they went inside...Hubby said he's depressed...I said not for long if I can get anything done about it!! I just know by the time anyone does anything then she'll have him all cleaned up but I have new video and photos of him & Shy... (Going to try to post here now). Can the ASPCA or HS go into her home to get Shy and her kittens??? I want them all removed. Please say a prayer for them tonight for me to get something done tomorrow for them. Hugs
