Totally unprofessional!!! good for you for walking out! how could you put your precious babies lives in their ignorant hands?
I will be going to my chosen vet with a list of Q's when i take Pixie in to be spayed...he WILL take the time to listen and explain everything to me, take all the essential tests etc otherwise I will walk too.
