I absolutely, positively hate the lepto vaccine. I am not saying not to give it but I feel that it is extremely dangerous to small dogs and should only be given when it is absolutely necessary AND there is no history of reaction to it. You should wait for 20-30 minutes at the vet office after it is given and it should be given separately from all other shots. I think Pfizer makes one. Fort Dodge isn't on my good list right now.
This vaccine is way over used and is only necessary in certain areas. Just make sure the benefit outweighs the risk before giving it in your area of the country.
I have no idea about international vaccinations laws and it is probably good that I don't because if I did, it would make me very upset to see how many vaccines they insist our dogs get.
