I'm sorry these things are getting you down. I RARELY have the news on....It's not that I don't care what is happening, there is just so much that a person can hear and take in. I find that if I exercise, yoga, have some quiet alone time (to pray, read, or just whatever)...or spend a day cuddling w/ Mojo and LG....that seems to take my mind off of all the negatives in my life!
