I walk Itsy almost every day, and living in the city we encounter a lot of people on our walks. It doesn't help that she goes totally apesh** every time she spots another person and pulls towards them in excitement. She LOVES attention. But I'm not too crazy about EVERYONE touching her. People pet her all the time without asking, but I think they take her enthusiasm as an invite and think they don't need to ask MY permission since they obviously have hers

It's funny because actually I have had far more children ask "can I pet her?" than adults.
I have never had anyone pick her up without asking, if they did I would snatch her away in a second. That is just SO rude. I always pick her up if I see someone shady approaching that I know I don't want touching her, so if anyone took her out of my arms it would be ON.
