I sure hope your baby is going to be okay!
I think of my "dog" as my child or my baby, and I too would be so heart broken

if someone mistreated my baby in anyway and then tried to hide it. Honesty, should have been their way when groomer your child and I'm sorry she didn't feel you deserved to know the truth of what happened. It should have been your choice to treat your baby right away, not their choice... not to treat it, and hide it.
I've only groomed my baby girl twice. Today was our second time grooming and It went very, very slow... 2-1/2 hours to be exact, but the first time took us 3 hours. So I think we are progressing. I'm getting more confident and Lola is learning to trust me more. I asked Lola, "Please have trust in me and in turn will promise I will never let anyone else groom you in the future". It was a very scary thing to hear that clippers can cut their little ears open. This isn't something that was written on any of the grooming sites I read up on. Thank You

for sharing your heart breaking story with me. This will help me pay closer attention with using the clippers on my little girls ears. Just because they have a guard on them, doesn't mean they wont cut those very thin ears.
I will be looking for your updates, to check on how your baby is doing.
