when I had my house ( I was outside the city limits so fireworks we allowed and they had HUGE displays all over the place) I'd clap my hands and act like it was FUN getting our eardrums blown out - the girls did so much better when I started doing that on holidays -

here in TX .....they light off Fireworks when someone farts

now I'm in the city - so I expect to hear gunshots not fireworks

poor baby - I hope she'll be ok - but try not to baby her and maybe turn the loud noises into a game - ooooh and awwww a little and see if she feels better
