I don't know if this will help or not....
I have Vista on my computer. Sometimes, some of the things you try to download are not set up to run with Vista. Just email the people you bought the other items from... they should be able to walk you through how to download their particular item.
I do not have an IPod, (mine is an mp3 player... or something like that) ..but my daughter does. She is very computer savvy and she sometimes has problems getting it to work right.
