I'm about to pull my hair out!
We recently got a new computer. It's a Gateway and has Vista on it.
whatever the heck that means.
Anyway, I downloaded iTunes...no problem.
Today, I went to update the iPod. Program came up that said I needed to update the iPod...did that. I made some purchases afterwards.
Here's the problem. I plug in the iPod and it "syncs". But the new purchases do not show up.
What is going on? I restarted the computer but it still will not recognize my new purchases.
HELP!!!!!
