I know you must be completely torqued at that 'breeder' but you should really call some type of animal control authority in your city. Parvo is very contagious and can be spread very easily, even from the soles of shoes and it can live in the environment for a long time. This person could be responsible for an outbreak, especially being a 'breeder' selling sick puppies and having people over to see them. Anyone who goes there could inadvertently spread the virus. One well placed phone call could really help to stop the spread of the virus and save innocent dogs more suffering. A bonus would be that idiot 'breeder' would be shut down.
