This was the original question on this thread . It was asked and answered, by Breeders, with a resounding NO. and with the reasons for Why not.
Kim, no one here would dispute your knowledge on the legal definition of a broker. That is Your field not ours. We just disagree with your opinion on the value of using one and don't want there to be confusion about the difference between a referral and a broker. That's all.
