Kim ....if someone profits from a sale, selling someone elses pups then YES IT IS A BROKER! If you want to call it a referal fee then sobeit (something like the softer terminology).
A broker is a broker is a broker! If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, then guess what, its a duck!
Brokers motivation is the money their primary focus is the sale not the best placement, their true interests are in the bottom line not the end result, you cant color it any other way Kim no matter how hard you try in your phraseology!
