Great story! Something similar happened to me. I told a good friend, who knew I was seriously looking in to getting a puppy, that he was going to have a niece. And before I could even talk about the puppy he freaked. I couldn't understand why. Well then I was real quick to reassure him it was the fur kind of niece, not skin.
