I heard something good about him in the LS yahoo group, so that is why I would go with him. I think most nutritionists try to take the recipe you have or the ideas you have and just balance it and make it safe for the dog(s). Ellie's nutritionist took the recipe I was feeding and balanced it while listing substitutions for variety.
