My two boys have both had tummy issues after eating something they weren't supposed to - Kalani ate some of a plastic mat and Pi'i ate some duck poop
After numerous tests, xrays, etc., to eliminate the possibility of a blockage or infection they were both put on antibiotics and anti-nausea meds till things calmed down. For weeks afterwards their tummies would do what your little one's is doing and my vet recommended Pepcid. Maybe ask your vet about it?
