I know I shouldnt steal... this sight of this poor dog breaks my heart... the conditions here are not meant for any type of dog.. it is much too hot and humid.... and without proper care, food, water it is even worse... I once spoke to them about another dog but nothing ever came of it.... they are just horrible pet owners who purchase pets on impulse and fad I am sure.. this poor dog is chained in a unfenced yard with tall grass all around him.. there is this new city ordinance 1411 or something like that, in which protects animals like this but the authorities here are not worth a damn.... |
