So there is this toy poodle in my next door neighbors yard.. I have a previous thread on the bad treatment this poor dog gets .. anyhoo he/ she is as sweet as can be but VERY NEGLECTED.... it has stickers all over... horrific tear stains never any water or food... I sneak over and give it some as much as I can.. I have called the humane society, animal control and the police they have given them warnings they put a makeshift looking house for this poor animal... anyhow.. its very hot and humid right now in Texas... soooooooo my mom said she would take it and give it the proper love ...but my question is is it bad for me to wait for a opportunity and steal it? I feel torn on this.. hubby thinks its a bad idea but I just cant stand to see this poor animal treated like this..... I have no other ideas of helping this poor animal other than this.. please give me your opinions... I appreciate your help..
