I have a little one, 3lbs, very pick-upable!...I met a middle aged lady when out walking Pixie a few months back...Pixie was bobbing up and down on the end of her leash as they do when they greet someone...and this lady stooped down to pet her...well, the next thing i knew she had got her whole hand under her body and lifted her up! happened so fast i didn't have time to stop it...she must have sensed i wasn't too happy with it and said:- 'oh it's ok i'm used to dogs'! like it was alright! sooooo cheeky!
Now i'm alot wiser...if it looks like anyone is over interested i pick her up first before they do! you have to have your wits about you with these little dogs!
