The Petsmart that's just down the street from me looks like they do a really good job. The employees seem very caring toward the dogs, regardless of size; I've seen only one or two yorkies who were just going in, so never saw the finished result, but the other dogs I've seen on their tables all looked pretty good.

That said, even though it's closer to me than my regular groomer, I don't take them to Petsmart b/c they charge almost the same as my own groomers do and I just feel more comfortable with them b/c I've been using them since I got Max as a puppy and he knows them.

I think it just depends on the individual store that you go to.

I love my groomers (all the ones in the place I go are good) and would recommend them to anyone, but they're in Palm Desert. Kinda far for you to drive!
