Oh, my! You'll just have to be as gentle as you can be while doing it. You might try to do it outside once in awhile so she will have something to look at while you're doing it. Be creative. Mine hates me to touch her face and chest, but she just stands up on her hind legs and takes her little front paws and waves them at me like she's saying, "No, mom."
The only alternative is a very short haircut.
