LOL...I don't see alot of Biewers period.
(except for mine) At least, not frequently enough that I think I could give you an accurate answer. In regards to those I have actually seen, the target weight you are looking for seems a bit on the small side of the scale. Just thought I'd off that info that some are breeding to a larger standard than that of the Yorkie, some are not.
