I SWEAR that groomers are just like hairdressers....they seem to think they know what is best and they do not listen to what their customers want!!! The last time I brought Teddi to the groomers I brought pictures and everything and there were instructions on a paper but I don't think she read it. I specifically said don't cut her topnot and she cut off an inch or more and I specifically said don't shave anything and she shaved between here eyes. It's so hard to find a good groomer...believe me...I know you pain!!! It's very frustrating!
