I was able to trim out the mats around his mouth. I prefer him to have a short style cut as it's too much maintenance for my family to have him long-coated. Plus he looks adorable in the short hair do. Hehehe I also got out the matting in the back end. There was only to little spots.
We've been so overwhelmed with trying to get him well this past weekend that finally now he's doing 90% better than he was. He had a siezure due to lack of eating/hypoglycemia Saturday ngiht and since then he's been fine. We were feeding him baby food via syringe for Sat night and Sunday. I went out and bought a few wet foods that I hoped he'd eat. It's working. He's eating several times a day and being a bouncing baby boy. :-) Yay!
