Hun, do not be mad at yourself, I do blame the breeder though.
I do believe it is a very stressful time to a puppy when they transition to a new home, and when the immune system drops then the pup is susiptable to illness.
I am so sorry to hear about this. I hope your little one will start feeling better quicky.
