Animal Smiley 019 Another Idea

So I had another idea for you. Some states have given the state Attorney Generals power to handle these matters. Some have special internet task forces (yes they are mostly for sex crimes and major crimes but it can't hurt). They can send a stern email to the person threatening action so long as you can prove it. It varies state to state but you may want to look into it.

You can also ask a friend who works at a law firm to send a "friendly yet legal minded" email from thier work account. It may at least scare them enough to remove the picture.

It may be a stretch but you can also report the person to the better Business Bureau. You can file a complaint and even though it woB't be able to get very far because most people don't check breeders ratings, it wouldnt hurt.

Just ideas....no one likes to be misrepresented or have things taken without permission.
