Ellie's reciipe is 1 ounce lean meat (usually chicken boiled with no seasoning or fat), 88 grams cooked carb (brown rice, wheat pasta, oatmeal), 60 grams cooked veggies (a mixture of at least two of carrot, bell pepper, broccoli, squash, celery) and 1 tsp. oil (olive or canola). Mix and serve with vitamins. This is about 150 or so calories.
