My recipe for Kenzo and Hanzo The recipe is simple. 50% chicken or turkey or both(boil it with low temperature - take out all of the bones and the skin), 25% brown rice, 25% vegetable (zucchini, carrots).
Use the broth of chicken when you cook the brown rice. Then pour the chicken or the turkey and the vegetable into the rice. You don't have to cook the vegetable. I usually give them 50 grams twice a day by adding 1/2 tea spoon of grounded flaxseed and sunflower seed on each meal.
I also give them Hemp oil 3 times a week. Alternatively, you can add 1/2 tea spoon of grounded flaxseed, sunflower seed and hemp seed on each meal. Plus I give them natural yogourt as a treat. From time to time I give them too heart, liver and gizzard. They get boiled eggs too from time to time.
You know the egg shell is good for them too. It's a good source of calcium.
