Cant he be put in a room that is far enough away from where you are calling customers, so that if he does bark, he either will not be heard, or will not interfere with the call? Bark collars would be a better option than muzzling for 10 hours a day! Some can spray a citronella mist or some emit a small electrical charge when the dog begins to bark.....eventually the dog learns not to bark.
