Pepto can be used effectively. Sounds like she is really uncomfortable and perhaps more is going on here. Although I know IBS can be very painful during an attack. There are other things that can be given to slow down the bowel action. I'd call your vet and ask for something else. Poor baby. It is unfortunate that these things always seem to flare up on a weekend.
