Honestly there are a hundred diffrent questions you will want to ask, something things that are important to me, may not be to you. It just all depends on the breeder. I have a clause that should they not be able to keep the dog, it is to be returned to me for placement. I do not want one of my babies ending up in a shelter.
I also require a spay/ neuter by 6 months. I think other animals can be iffy, I had a doberman for years and she was fine with my yorkies, my other female however clashed with Bridget. We had to rehome her in the end, becasue they were going to kill each other. So that is something to keep in mind, size is not a determining factor , additude is.
I am sure other breeders will hop on and give you further advice. I do use my own contact. I offer a 1 year herth garentee as well. I got my contract by looking at others and taking what I liked to create my own. Perhaps you can find some here, I would offer mine, however I am in the process of rebuilding it, as the old comp crashed and all I have is hard copies... Good luck with the pups!
