I couldn't get anything done until today (Thru) and really didn't get much more done. I called the HS and left a message, then I called the Police Dept. and they let me talk to Animal Control. So I talked to him, told him I had proof of how he was being treated they could see. He said he'd do a drive by and see what he could see. I told him he could see it, even explained to him how the Shih Tzus can't handle the heat or cold due to their noses. (I looked this up today on the internet before calling again...Thinking that might be a good enough reason to take him). I told him I wanted the cat and dog take away from her. He said if he seen any signs of neglect then he would take them. And she could get fined $75.00 for allowing her cat to roam the neighborhood. I told him if he didn't take them away then she would put them in the shed as she did Shy and her litter last year in the Summer or in the garage. Told him everything I told you here at YT.

I told him I had 5 Yorkies and that Tyes hair needed dematting everyday and that his eyes needed wiped out just like I do mine Yorkies and if I can care for my 5 Yorkies everyday then she should be able to care for 1 dog and a cat.

He had the GUTS to tell me I needed a Kennel Lic. if I had 4 or more dogs...I said really well I tried to get one last year and I was told I couldn't due to our County not having them...Well it's in the ordiance this year...I said where do I go to get one? He said call the City. I said who do I talk to? He said well I don't know!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe he had the GUTS to tell me to get a Kennel Lic. but yet didn't know who I talked to in order to get one...I said well when you find out can you call me? He said yes...I said well if we're suppose to have a Kennel Lic. for more then 4 dogs then why don't you post it in the Newspaper so us owners will know this and if others knows this then maybe it would put a stop to alot of this Back Yard Breeding. He said well I'll have to bring this up at the next meeting. So I called the City of course like last year had to leave a message....No one called me back.

So he drove by this was like around 1 pm. He stopped, here she came out in her nightgown and MUST of threw him a SOB story for he left without Tye or Shy (Cat) oh I was so very hot She did rub Tyes back then, made me want to throw up. Sorry but it did. If you only knew how good, proper and prissy she acts with herself and her children then to see her do what she is doing to Tye and Shy then each of you would want to throw up too.

The HS called me back...I told her what I told you here at YT and she sounded mad at the Animal Control man...Said if he did his job right then he would of told her she has to have a dog house for Tye. She told me to call her around 2 today (Fri) if he didn't have a dog house.

And that I didn't have to worry about a Kennel Lic. for there isn't any in our County and that Animal Control man didn't know what he was talking about. I said well he said it was on the ordiance this year...She said yes and it's been there for years but they haven't done anything about it.

As soon as Animal Control left here she got Tye new water and food, my girls was eating lunch and seen it. Well don't you know she did the BARE minumin that she had to in order NOT to get them taken away from her...A friend of hers brought her a dog house and a self feeder...Oh yeah I was roasting by now...Ranting and Raving. Here she had to GUTS to leave that poor baby outside STILL and it 96 degrees and humid today...Still left the childrens table there and he was still laying under it. None of us ever seen him get in the dog house.

Oh and she left of course and left him outside...Did come back while we was eating our dinner around 7 pm this evening...(Shy the cat still in the chair outside some fine she got)Then when we was done and came in she must of took Tye in to ???? I hope she gave him a bath and I bet you well see him SHAVED in the next few days for I KNOW she won't take the time to dematt him for she is to busy keeping the roads hot.

I'm still going to call the lady back at the HS and see what AC told her and see if there isn't something more I can do to get them out of there. I'm telling you some County and City we have here. If that lady at the HS tells me there is nothing I'm going to tell her oh yes there is for I won't sit here and watch ANY dog or cat SUFFER like they are. I know he'll be back out there tomorrow if not tonight (He spent the night out Wed night as my good neighbor Rick said he was out when he went to work @ 5 am) or the cat and kittens will be in the shed soon.

Any thoughts now beside trying to steal him??? I can't do that...What would that teach my 2 girls??? I don't know I feel so lost in helping him NOW. My heart truly breaks for him. If you could see how his tail wagged when they came home and how he stood up and looked at the door and they just went inside never talking to him or touching him. Breaks my heart. Hugs to all Lee
