Very good point.
The local organizations for the HSUS are our local humane societies, right? Maybe we could each work through the people/ society in our area? And give our local puppy mill action groups local names, but they would still be under the supervision of the humane society?
That might fly, but it would need to be run by each local board of directions for approval I would think.
Definitely something to research.
